We want you to love your SoleLuxe purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we'll help.

Changed your mind?

Return unused items in their original packaging, with all heads, cables and accessories, within 7 days of delivery.

Faulty or damaged?

Let us know and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

How to request a return

1. Email kesiganperumal@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return and, for damaged or faulty items, a photo or short video.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Please don't send items back before we've confirmed your return.

Return shipping

We cover return shipping for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the cost of sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 14 days.
