Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Delivery time

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery fee

FREE delivery on orders of R600 or more
R99 flat rate on orders under R600

Courier & tracking

Orders are delivered by Aramex. Once your parcel is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery address

Street addresses only. Our courier cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags, so please give a physical street address (home or work).
Signature required. Someone needs to be available to sign for the parcel on delivery. If you're out during the day, a work address is often the easiest option.
Deliveries to mines, farms or plots, military bases, game lodges, harbours and embassies may need a special trip and could take longer or carry an extra charge. We'll contact you first if this applies.

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. The courier may contact you to arrange delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
