Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on the SoleLuxe online store ("SoleLuxe", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About us

SoleLuxe sells at-home foot and skin care products online to customers in South Africa. You can contact us by email at kesiganperumal@gmail.com or by phone on 082 458 9300. We are based in Sheffield Beach, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed once your payment has been successfully processed. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Yoco. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa only. Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns, refunds and faulty goods

You may return unused items for change of mind as set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, including your right to return defective goods for a repair, replacement or refund.

6. Using our products

Please read and follow the instructions supplied with each product. Our products are for personal cosmetic care and are not medical devices. If you have diabetes, poor circulation, broken skin or a medical condition affecting your feet, speak to a healthcare professional before use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.

7. Product information

We try to make sure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under South African law.
